– Before we started working with Lingsoft, our challenge was to manage and coordinate translation work with several different service providers. This led to fragmented work processes and communication, says Riitta Kemppainen, Communication Manager at iLOQ.

Lingsoft entered the picture in 2020, when iLOQ's revenue was still around half of what it is today. According to Riitta Kemppainen, Lingsoft's comprehensive translation services met iLOQ's rapidly growing needs.  
– Lingsoft provided us with a comprehensive service package that includes translations of websites, marketing materials, product information, user and installation manuals into more than ten languages. Lingsoft ensures that its language experts are familiar with our industry and have all the necessary background knowledge to ensure that the message is delivered accurately and naturally in all languages, says Kemppainen. 

Both translation work and quality assurance make use of language technologies and artificial intelligence, such as translation memories, AI-assisted text checking and term management systems. iLOQ has also tested Lingsoft's cloud-based machine translation service in its internal communications, which recognises customer terminology and provides a secure channel for fast multilingual communication.

Getting the best out of centralisation 

Now iLOQ has concentrated all its translation needs on Lingsoft. According to Kemppainen, this has enabled a faster response, streamlined the ordering process and improved satisfaction with the quality of translations. 
Kemppainen especially praises Lingsoft's flexible and easy-to-use customer portal, which makes collaboration smoother and faster than before. 

– Our migration to Lingsoft's customer portal in 2023 has reduced delivery times, reduced e-mail traffic and significantly improved cost efficiency, she says.
